Drustee TV is a completely free streaming platform. You do not need to pay anything to access our full content library. The only optional paid offering is the Ad-Free Subscription, which removes advertisements during your viewing experience.
This policy applies solely to the Ad-Free Subscription. If you have not purchased this subscription, this document does not apply to your account.
ℹ️ Drustee TV is free forever. This policy only covers the optional Ad-Free Subscription.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You may cancel your Ad-Free Subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment period.
To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your Drustee TV account.
Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Alternatively, contact our support team via email or WhatsApp and we will process the cancellation for you within 24 business hours.
What Happens After Cancellation
Your Ad-Free Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
After the billing period ends, advertisements will resume during playback.
Your account and all free content remain accessible — Drustee TV is free forever.
You may re-subscribe to the Ad-Free plan at any time.

How to Request a Refund
Log in to your Drustee TV account.
Navigate to Account → Help → Refund Request, or contact us directly.
Provide your registered email and transaction/payment reference.
Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Third-Party Subscriptions
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be submitted directly to that platform. Drustee TV does not have access to or control over those transactions.
