No. Multiple profiles are not supported. Each user must register with their own individual account using a separate sign-up. This ensures a personalised experience for every viewer.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to you. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Go to Account → Settings → Personal Information. You can update your contact details there. A verification code will be sent to your existing contact for security before any change is applied.

Buffering is usually caused by a slow or unstable internet connection. We recommend at least 5 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K streaming. Try lowering the video quality in Settings, restarting your router, or closing other apps using your bandwidth. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.

Yes. Offline downloads are available on the Drustee TV mobile app. Look for the download icon on any eligible title. Downloads are stored for up to 30 days and are accessible on mobile and tablet devices.
